Man loses 40 lbs in 8 months!

The story behind how he did it

 

My main motivation behind this weight loss feat was this website (see description on the home page.)  Yet, I couldn't have done it without a plan.  The following are just a few notes about HOW I lost the weight.

 

First there was the Diet.  On May 1st, when I began with exfatslob.com I thought that I was capable of doing my own thing, just by limiting the types and amounts of food I ingested.  It only took me one week to realize that I was IN-capable.  Although I lost a little over 3 pounds on those first seven days, I was going crazy.  I was starving myself and was in a constant bad mood.

 

At that particular time everybody was crazy about the Atkins & South Beach diets.  So much so that some restaurants and fast food joints had included Atkins friendly dishes in their menus.  I had already tried Atkins about a year earlier when I saw an infomercial promoting the diet.  I ordered the product and received a piece of crap video and some test strips for my urine.  Needless to say, I was unsuccessful.  Although I know some people for whom it has worked really well, the Atkins diet just isn't for me.  I'm a bread lover, I just got to have it...  Atkins is not for me.
